To kick off the new year, LOKAAL 432 hosted a "Nieuwjaarsborrel" (New Year's Drinks) for its community of entrepreneurs and creatives. The goal of this digital and print campaign was to move away from the hustle of work and invite tenants to pause, connect, and celebrate in style.

The Challenge: Corporate networking invites often feel sterile or overly generic. The challenge was to design an announcement that felt intimate and exclusive, yet welcoming to the entire building. It needed to promise an experience, not just a meeting.
The Concept & Strategy: We focused on "Elegant Intimacy."
Mood & Photography: Instead of showing a crowded room, we focused on a single, beautifully lit cocktail detail. The dramatic lighting and deep shadows create a sense of anticipation and atmosphere.
Color Palette: We stayed true to the LOKAAL 432 brand identity by using deep Navy Blue as the primary canvas. However, we elevated it with rich textures (velvet/fabric implications) and a sharp Gold accent on the table rim, symbolizing the festive nature of the new year.
Typography: A flowing, handwritten script was used for the main title ("Nieuwjaarsborrel") to add a personal, human touch, contrasting with the elegant serif fonts used for the details. This combination suggests a blend of professional networking and casual, friendly conversation.
The Outcome: A visual invitation that perfectly sets the tone for the event: professional, polished, but undeniably "gezellig" (cozy and sociable).
